Crafted by producer partner Abdullah Bagersh, this coffee gets an obsessive level of care. Ripe cherries dry on raised African beds and are hand-turned around the clock for the first 48 hours, locking in a clean, consistent cup that's tough to pull off with natural processing. Once dried, the beans are sorted and traded through the Ethiopian Coffee Exchange as a Grade 1 Yirgacheffe, the top tier of the crop.

In the cup, Misty Valley delivers a perfumed floral aroma that opens into a crisp, complex fruit basket, blueberry, strawberry, and a touch of chocolate, all riding on a milky, balanced body with a lingering, lemony-sweet finish.
