🚀 Mission Control: Order Processing
Every bag of Intergalactic Coffee is roasted to order and launched into the universe within 48 hours of your order being placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
🌍 Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states from our roastery in San Diego, CA. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. We ship via USPS.
📦 Local Pickup — Clairemont, San Diego
Prefer to pick up your order in person? We've got you covered at our Clairemont location in San Diego, CA. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout — there's no shipping charge, and your order will be ready within 48 hours of roasting.
Our team will send you a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation when you arrive.
⚠️ Restrictions & Exclusions
- We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for orders over 2 lbs.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can make it right.
