Intergalactic Coffee Roasters was founded by Joe and Jenny Pace. A husband and wife team who combined two obsessions: exceptional specialty coffee and a lifelong love of Sci-Fi. The result is a coffee brand that takes its beans seriously and its universe seriously, without taking itself too seriously.
We source single-origin beans from the world's greatest growing regions. Ethiopia, Indonesia, and Brazil. Roast in small batches in San Diego, and ship within 48 hours. No warehouses. No stale inventory. No compromises on freshness.

Where are you based?
San Diego, California. We operate exclusively online and ship across the United States. Find us in person at weekly San Diego farmers markets and Clairemont Drive pickup.

Every bag ships within 48 hours of roasting. We do not pre-roast or warehouse inventory. What arrives at your door is at peak freshness.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every bag. Not satisfied? Email us at intergallactic.coffee@gmail.com within 30 days and we will make it right. Replacement, refund, or store credit.
